According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we want to inform you that your data which we receive here via our website (via both forms) or in another way is only used in terms of the business purpose.  In case of a test license, for example, we only record the data that we need for it and as well only for the time we need it (hereby, until the expiry date of the test licence). Requests that we get via our contact form is also only used to get in touch with you and to be able to give you more detailed information, and in case of a business deal, your data will also be used directly, according to the business purpose, to give you access to our system. However, your data is saved as long as the business relation exists and it is required by legal regulations. In case of termination of the business relation, the data is however saved for three years more for reasons of proof. Should you not agree with this, you can procure the deletion of your data at any time via mail at office@nu-it.at. Via this address, you can also get various information about your data recorded by us in case it is needed. Self-explanatorily, your data is handled confidentially and securely and not forwarded to third parties for reasons other than the business purpose (like for example marketing purposes). However, your data is appropriately forwarded to our service providers (e.g. for saving or accounting). Of course, we took all needed and necessary measures to protect your data. Important note concerning data processing in connection with Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited. If the responsible body for the data processing that occurs via this website has their basis outside of the European Economic area and Switzerland, then the associated Google Analytics data processing is carried out by Google LLC. Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC. will hereinafter be referred to as “Google”.

The legitimate interest in data processing lies in the optimization of this website, the analysis of the use of the website and the adaptation of the content. The interests of the users are adequately protected by the pseudonymization of their data.

Google LLC. has certified their compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and on that basis they provides a guarantee to comply with European data protection law. The data sent and linked to the Google Analytics cookies, e.g. user IDs or advertising IDs will be automatically deleted after 50 months. The deletion of data whose retention period has been reached is done automatically once a month.

The website visitor may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in their browser.
